Machinefabriek Molenbouw is a medium-sized company specialising in machine construction and internal conveying systems for the bulk goods processing industries, such as the compound feed and animal feed industry, grain storage and transhipment plants, synthetic fertiliser industry, malting plants and beer breweries, distilleries, herbs and spices industry and milk powder processing companies. Molenbouw is a sister company of NAWI Borculo B.V. specialised in slaughter installations and meat processing lines.

The wide-ranging programme of standard machines designed by us can be adjusted to suit specific situations. The company also imports a range of related products such as pellet presses, dryers and de-ironing magnetic systems.

The core activities of the company are the manufacture, assembly and installation of individual machines as well as complete processing lines and plants. For this purpose the company has a staff of engineers and an extensive assembly and 24-hour services department.

For the greater part sales take place in the Netherlands, about 25 % of sales are exported to western European countries.

Molenbouw B.V. was established in 1982 by former employees of Machinefabriek Schimmel en Kleinbussink in Borculo. With hard work and craftsmanship they achieved an important position on the markets mentioned above.

The Engineering Department, apart from optimising and modifying existing products, is also involved in developing new products. Virtually all the products can be manufactured from stainless steel as well. For some years new markets have been served with success, such as the food and dairy industry, meat and sweets industry. For this purpose the products have been adjusted to the highest quality standards for hygiene and cleaning. The production of rusproof steel products is totally separate from the production of steel products.

By taking over Machinefabriek Klein Borculo B.V. in Eibergen, including the production rights and all the technical drawings relating to the compound feed and other linked industries, Molenbouw has strengthened its position on the market still further.

We manufacture all the products of Klein Borculo and the replacement parts related thereto on original product jigs.

Maintenance and repairs form an inseparable part of the supply package of Molenbouw Our 24-hour service guarantees quick service in urgent situations.
