Uniform
Due to uniform dimensions, virtually every type of cup can be mounted.
The elevator foot is standardly fitted with cleaning slides and inspection hatch. The heavy duty tensioning gear works independently on both sides, realising a very accurate belt run.
The head is fitted with an inspection/adjusting hatch. The motor is connected by means of a reliable electric coupling to the belt pulley shaft.
The belt discs can be supplied as smooth discs or cage wheels. A choice can also be made between a mechanical and an electric reverse running stop.
For transporting abrasive substances or meal containing molasses the machine can be completely manufactured from stainless steel.
Having only stainless steel or synthetic cups is also possible.
The tubes are fitted with large tension hatches, which facilitates inspection and maintenance.
If necessary, the elevator can be fitted with explosion protection.
