SERIES SELECT

Capacities from 4 tons/h up to 250 tons/h

The Molenbouw sifters series SELECT is a very robust, heavily welded construction. The sieve compartment is supplied with one or more woven wire sieves of special steel with a large flow through.

The sieves are easy to replace and to tension. The compartment rests on heavy springs, resulting in a virtually vibration-free connection with the mounting frame.

The sieving machine is a completely dust tight and closed construction, supplied with one entrance, two or more exits and an inspection opening covered up with a rubber lid.  In addition, an aspiration connection has been fitted.  In operation it produces very little noise.

The machines are driven via an out of balance motors that are maintenance free and greased for their entire life span. The sifters are supplied in standard capacities from 4 to 250 tons/h.

The single deck machines are mostly applied as grain sieve, crumb sieve or raw material reception sieve.

The double deck sieves are wholly suitable as hammer mill pre-sifter or a selection of other applications.
