Molenbouw  Segment Conveyors are fitted with chains and sprockets manufactured from special high quality steel.

The synthetic segments are supplied at regular intervals with wear resistant small and soft synthetic plates, causing a low-noise and self-cleaning operation.  The heavy-duty self-adjusting bearings have been fitted to one end on an independent tensioning device. The reliable drive has been connected to the drive shaft by means of an angular geared motor.

The segment conveyor can be fitted with a number of entrances and exits. The entrances can be supplied with two-way valve boxes, connecting the trough bottom in a flush way, so that no products are left on the flap. The segment conveyors can be supplied with or without a middle base, depending on the application. The segment conveyor can be supplied in steel and in stainless steel.
