Molenbouw Chain Conveyors are fitted with chains and chain sprockets manufactured from special high quality steel.
The carriers have been supplied at regular intervals with wear-resistant small synthetic plates, resulting in a low-noise and self-cleaning operation. The chain can also be completely fitted with synthetic carriers. The heavy-duty self-adjusting bearings are fitted at one end to an independent tensioning device. The reliable motor is connected to the drive shaft by a dependable electric coupling.
Molenbouw Screw Conveyors have been designed for many applications. The extractable screws have been supplied with progressive speed, to realise an even emptying of the silo or bunker. The dosing feeder can be supplied with a synthetic coating or completely manufactured from stainless steel. This prevents sticking and heightens durability with regard to abrasive substances. In addition, a drive with variable speed is often fitted.
