Sample Catcher

The sample catcher can be mounted on a vertical or tilted underground past which the product flows. Angle of inclination approx. 30-45°, e.g. in a pipe, or in the wall of a hopper (head supplied with a cone).

The sample catcher is only present in the production flow when a sample is being taken.

It is operated by means of a compressed air cylinder, complete with a 5/2 control valve.  This valve can be operated from a control box in which   the frequency as well as the pulse time can be set.

The sample catcher is manufactured with a stainless steel housing and an aluminium sample pipe.
