The pump illustrated
above is a variable metering pump
with a yield of 0 to 100 %
and is infinitely continuously variable

Adjustment of the yield per revolution is done manually.
On the adjusting side,
a scale has been fitted from which the yield in kilograms can be read.

The pump is suitable for pumping molasses, vinasses, fat and other thick and
thin liquids.

The pump is driven by a geared motor.
·
The revolutions are low, an advantage for longer operational life.
·
The standard version is a pump with a yield of 0 to 3,000 kg of molasses, or 0
to 2,000 kg of fat per hour.
The motor output is 2.2 kW 160 rpm.

Smaller and larger yields can also be supplied.
·
The working pressure is maximally 10 bar. Test pressure 30 bar.
