Modular construction in bucket elevator
This is now a reality.
A series of bucket elevator for two high capacity “Walter” cups.
Type OPTI is a cup with a base, which, by its special shape, can be applied in places where a small-sized elevator must be combined with a large capacity.
Type Maxi is the customary cup without base. This is used for realising very large capacities with small bucket elevator. In addition this cup is pre-eminently suitable for converting normal bucket elevator to high capacity bucket elevator. The dividable head is supplied with an inspection/adjusting hatch and heavy-duty bearings. The motor can be fitted with an electric or mechanical reverse running stop. The elevator foot is standardly fitted with cleaning slides and inspection hatch. The heavy duty tensioning gear works independently on both sides, realising a very accurate belt run. A choice can be made between fitting smooth discs or cage wheels.
If required, the elevator can be fitted with explosion protection.
