The grinding structure determines the quality of the end product, whether this concerns meal or pellets. With the multifunctional grinding process of the hammer mills an optimal result is reached.
The hammer mills are constructed for two turning directions, whereby the material runs over a reversing product guide.
The positive yield is obtained by creating an optimal speed difference between the product and the hammers. This is achieved by combining supply, rotor speed and a balanced breaking plate construction.
A special expansion space behind the breaking plates sees to it that the ground product is directly transported out and no longer rotates. This results in a very even product structure and excessive heating is prevented.
These new technological developments and an increase of sieve area with 30%, take care of a considerable production increase.
