DOUBLE ZONE LIQUID MIXER

This mixer has a synthetic inside shell with adjustable mixer knives.

Dosing

The substance (e.g. meal) can be measured and supplied by a dosing feeder. The dose calculation of the liquid is related to the type of substance.

Mixing and Homogenising

In the first zone of the mixer, with small diameter, the substance and the liquid are thoroughly mixed together to form a homogenous mass.

Finishing

In the second zone of the mixer, with the large diameter, the homogenous mass is additionally mixed, eliminating lumps.
