DOUBLE SHAFT PADDLE MIXER

The double shaft paddle mixer is a robustly executed machine of which all the parts that come into contact with the product are manufactured from stainless steel. Only the reinforcement parts on the outside are from mildsteel.

The shaft seals are re-adjustable, resulting in a long operational life.  The shafts run in oversized bearings. The 2 shafts are each supplied with paddles.

The top side is fitted with an exit for the bypass pipeline to the upper bunker and an inspection hatch, fitted with a safety switch. An exit for the bypass to the lower bunker is situated in the side.

The underside is fitted with 2 electropneumatic unloading valves with a width of 200 mm. Driving is done by means of a geared motor that drives the paddle shafts via a V-belt.
