The Omega-Shaped Milling Room

The planes of the Omega have a speed reducing influence on the milling stream, which, with locally occurring whirling (turning around of the direction of movement), causes the difference in intended speed, thus improving the yield.  The breaking zones have been completely modified which allow an even higher capacity to be reached per kW. The breaking plates can be easily replaced.

The Roll-Supply Apparatus with Load Depending Automatic Driver

The feeding apparatus of the DJ Hammer Mill consists of a ribbed roll, driven via chain transmission or by a geared motor with frequency steering. The capacity of the roll is in proportion to the turning speed.  The supply can be quickly and effectively co-ordinated to the load of the motor, irrespective of variations in the mixture. The supply roll can be fitted with a permanent magnet, automatic cleaning magnet, or stone catcher.
