Thorough mixing of the different components is absolutely essential for the quality of the end product. In the Molenbouw Horizontal Batch Mixer the product is moved by appositely operating mixing ribbons. In addition, the ribbons have different diameters. With this combination a very intensive mixing process is obtained. In maximally 4 minutes a guaranteed homogeneity is achieved of 1:100,000 (frequently tested). During the mixing process different liquids can be added. For larger percentages it is advised to add the liquids in the continuous mixer.
